Successfully authorized purchases enter the fulfillment queue for the OXO merchandise selected at checkout.

Preparation followed by transit

Please allow about 1–2 business days for preparation. After shipment, the carrier is expected to take 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded, and these are estimates rather than guaranteed dates.

Service details and updates

Checkout identifies supported destinations, shipping prices and any threshold. Confirm the full delivery address before payment. Tracking follows carrier handoff, though scans may update with a delay.

When a parcel needs attention

Write to refigabazesi28@gmail.com with the order reference, checkout email and tracking number if delivery is late, missing, damaged or shown delivered without receipt. Keep packaging and provide clear images when condition is involved.
